It looks like Tuesday 1/24/12 works best for our next meeting.
We will have a reception in the newly renovated weight room at 6:00 with our meeting starting at 6:30.
There is a boys BB varsity game against Scott at 7:30.
Discussion items will be the mulch sale and the Weight and See Event.
Please join us for the reception and stay for the meeting and the game.

We are still looking for volunteers to park this Saturday night at the Demo Derby.
Starting around 6:00, out of there no later than 8:00.

We will have our regular monthly meeting in the health room down the cafeteria hall at 6:00 tomorrow night (9/13/11) Enter through the gym lobby doors.
We hope to have a presentation of a couple more fund raising Ideas.

We are looking for volunteers to man the next Demo Derby parking at the fair grounds.
The date is Saturday 6/25/11. We will need one take charge person from around 5:00 to 7:30 and an additional 6-8 people from 5:30 to 7:30. Judy and I will be out of town.

Hello all,
We will have a brief CAB meeting Tuesday at 6:00 in the CCMS (Middle School) cafeteria. Our only items on the agenda will be a recap of the mulch sale and final planning of the “Just Weight and See Event”. Sorry for the location change but most of us have athletes competing that night at CCMS in a track meet.
Please enter through the south gate and tell the gate keeper you are attending the CAB meeting. Bring all remaining tickets along with any auction items to the meeting.

Hello All,
We will be having are regularly scheduled CAB meeting Tuesday, March 8th at 6:00 P.M. in room B246 (down the hall between cafeteria and gym).
Our main discussions will be our two fund raisers, the annual mulch sale and our new grand event.
We will be discussing our two big fund raisers: The CAB Mulch Sale, and the “Weight and See” Event. Your help and input is needed for both of these items. Please come if you can.

Here is a quick up-date on last week’s CAB meeting.
Under CAB business, it was agreed that we would turn over out “This House Rocks” yard signs to the coaches for their own fund raising or spirit use. Coaches, please advise how many signs you want for your needs.
Under Rewards, a second reading of the use of funds to buy a baseball/softball batting cage. This expenditure was passed. (we had a light turn-out so if any parent rep wants to contest this use of funds, please reply.)
Under opportunities, we are still working on a dinner dance/banquet general fund raiser. Steve Hensley has suggested we consider making this a major effort and use it to improve our weight rooms. This would be a project usable by all athletes.
The spring mulch sale was discussed but no decision was made.
I would love to hear from you if you have any input on any of these above topics.
Our next meeting is Tuesday, Feb 8th, 6:00 in the health room behind the gym.
